This resource address tests to see if the named label is in MarkLogic Server.
Response
200 OK is returned if the named label exists. Otherwise 404 Not
Found is returned.

This operation requires themanage-user role, or the following
privilege: http://marklogic.com/xdmp/privileges/manage
